A cyborg with a human mercenary’s brain is sent by General Cross to destroy a nuclear wast plant in North Korea. Charlie defeats the cyborg and sends it to Mr. Hall but to his dismay the super-human soldier isn’t completely destroyed.

In this episode, one of seven of the Omega Defiance evil-doers, General Cross, plots an evil plan. He constructs a super-human cyborg to wreak havoc at a nuclear waste facility in North Korea. Charlie immediately shows up to destroy the cyborg and put an end to General Cross’ plans. In a battle full of action, Charlie finally "defeats" the cyborg. He sends the remains to HALL Industries to run tests and research. To everyone’s surprise, the cyborg was actually a trojan horse, and was not destroyed at all. General Cross’ intentions were to infiltrate Hall’s headquarters. Luckily, Charlie shows up in time to save Mr. Hall.
